Planning Day with the COCB

The Coalition of Community Boards Sunshine Coast is an active group which was formed to support local community boards in the areas of governance, training, networking, and mentoring.

Howard Buckley from the COCB facilitated a morning of planning with the Roofs to Recovery team on 1 November. This was a fruitful time of building the framework for our 5-year strategic plan. He helped us to identify the big ideas for growth, and then to form workable strategies to help us to achieve them.
